Between two teams, unfortunately we had a disagreement. If the problem is for the transferred player, shown on the pic you are posting, then if both captains agreed to make transfers after midnight (and no other time) then, THIS IS NOT A PENALTY.

In Indonesia time 05:09 (GMT +7)
England time (GMT 0) = 22:09
Netherland time (GMT +1) = 23:09

Guys, crew battles, except CCL, aren't official. That's why this kind of problems should be solved from both captains.
From my point of view, i don't see any intention of cheating. The different of the hour is a big problem and it's something that (maybe) captains should have predicted. That's why on the old days we selected Sir Bobby server for our crew battles, so all managers/crews play the same time.
If i was a player and my crew was involved, i would not ask for a penalty. I would never want to take point advantage this way.
Maybe the best solution is, the manager to sell the player, in a value of only a 10% higher of his value (this way the manager doesn't lose money) and continue the battle as it is.

simple, in Indonesia 5:09 (GMT +7), in Turkey 00:09 (GMT +2).
time servers? England (GMT 0) or Netherlands (GMT +1)? if England then transfer occurred at 22:09, if the Netherlands transfer occurred at 23:09 before midnight

As i already said the "correct " time is the time both captains agreed to play.

If none of captains put the issue of time in the table of conversation, before starting the battle, then for me, the correct time is the time the manager sees on his pc. I would never expect from my crew members to make calculations on the time the games will be played.

@DE-XRIST at the beginning of both the crew agreed to follow the time server, the last question is a server time of OSM, when open from any PC transfer still occur at 5:09 (Indonesian time zone), when I change the time zone in my PC into the UK/Netherlands transfer occurs before midnight, when I change the time zone into the turkey (GMT +2) transfer occurred at 00:09 just as screenshots Bayram.
