I suspect a cheater

This post was made by the original owner of the account... "Monstaaa" it got stolen by that new "aglamadanoyna" guy... as you all can see i also spoke about a cheater on my league... and was turkish... This guy just stolen my account ... His nick even means "play without crying" ... I hope the admins can answer to my tickets and can help me... im waiting since morning and nothing... This guy stolen my account.

@killer380 hello, yes you are correct, his username means “don’t cry”. @BrandZone_NL perhaps you can help here. Maybe send that link to report cheaters.

@JAY-ZO Yo... thanks for caring. What proof you mean? I have various pics of the game.. Im still inside the acc (did not clear history/cache) what more i should give? I already sent tickets and no answer... start to lose the hope. I wont start a new account either... even worse knowing this can happen again. But tell me what i should do and i will... I can show like 300 random pics of me inside of account But i think the ones who can really "prove" something is admins... Just by checking my IP's ?? I never went to Turkey ... I always played from Portugal. Im sure he did all the changes using his Turkish IP ? or at least even if using a VPN or something. It will be different than my IP adress (the most used) ... I think its easy for admin team check it... But it will make now already 2days and no answer... and he keeps using my coins and screwing my acc... I remembered this post and tried to make an account with other email just to come here... And thats it. Im still waiting for the ADM team answer to tickets so far 0. Thanks a lot Jay for trying to help i really appreciate your help. Those pics are from the time i saw the nick change an turkish language... I Add one of this league (of the post) when i was playing with my Inter Milan and reported those cheaters.

@killer380 hi. I do not know why moderators don’t reply to these kind of things, but i’ll tell you what i think a moderator would say (i’m not sure this is what they’d say)
From what i know, this is what a moderator has said:
If you made a post which was referred to a potential cheat report, then
in that case , we must inform you that no cheat report is to be discussed or handled in any way via the public forums! For two different reasons :
a) It is neither fair nor polite to accuse in public a manager without being absolutely sure first that a OSM rule was broken. Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to justice and fair game play!
b) It is pointless to make such posts because no Forum Moderator has the tools or ability to do anything to solve such cases of potential cheating. Every manager is able to file a official cheat report by using the Report Cheater button and this way contacting the OSM Support Team via email.Considering this, here’s what i’d say: if your claim is true, click on the “support” section in forums, and look for a post where they ask about reporting cheaters. A moderator would have replied, and given a link. Click on that link to report a user.

@JAY-ZO I understand and once again thanks for reply. And yes i made report/ticket already since saturday morning... im still waiting for an answer sent some pics too. I came here and also on discord to ask for help from admins/moderators etc... I did not made a post about this... I remembered this "old" post i done in past and thats why i came here... Because also can be used as a proof? Thats was my only itention here... I know Forum moderators cant do anything... But they could help in guide me. Those posts you told me. I already read too but the links to report are the same i used. and so far... Nothing happened. Not even an answer. My next step will be report directly to gamebasics and report the fact i dont even get any answer to my problem. I will do everything. Except remain in silent or stand still... They cannot forget this game moves money too.. We also have losses with this... And them as company... should take care of us as customers. Thats my opinion.

If you already contacted our customer support by creating a ticket, then you need to be patient until you receive a reply. Depending on how busy it is, it might take a few days.
Just in case: did you select 'OSM' from the dropdown menu or did you chose 'report a player for an offensive name, tag or description'. If you selected the former and choose 'I want to report a cheater' under common queries, then you are all good. If you selected the latter then you will receive a reply that will tell you to make another ticket. Then you will really have to select 'OSM' and 'I want to report a cheater' in order for them to take action for your report.
Next time, please create a new topic on Support forum. Your issue has nothing to do with the contents of this topic.

@FC-Eddie_NL Thanks brother i recovered the access already. Will be unable to change back nickname for 90 days but that is the smallest of concerns in this situation. Many thanks to all who tried to help and sorry if i break any rule here. Also i will try delete the account named "killer380" as i dont want be charged as multi account
i Just created it to come here and grab some more proves to show the support team. Thanks a lot once again. Monstaaa is back
