Hi there,
Did you actually unlocked the achievement or was it already unlocked once you had finished your league in Nigeria? They recentely added some new leagues that caused World Domination and Continent Domination to drop. When you finish those new leagues, domination will go up again, but the achievement can only be claimed once. So it could be that you claimed the African Boss achievement in the past already.

Yes, the achievement wasn't unlocked until I have finished my league in Nigeria.
I didn't claimed this achievement before . -
You got this achievement long ago, back in 2022!
New leagues were added, your percentage went don, but when reaching 100% you won't get 2nd reward as explained by @FC-Eddie_NL
