**Bug**: Adplayer doesn't work, can't watch videos

I haven't heard anything back yet. I have asked them again. What I noticed myself is that certain ads do play. This evening 5 of the 9 ads on web were fully played. The other ones got closed inmediately. It will probably depend on the region you live in, which ads get displayed and which one works and which don't.

My screne looks like it's trying to load a video for about 5-10 sec, then clears back to the game screne.

@Adrian-C-Woods that's exactly the same on my laptop. @FC-Eddie_NL It doesn't matter where I am clicking, and I guess it is the same for Adrian. All Ads not playing but the system is trying to load them, the ball is turning two rounds or something and then it is clears back, but nothing else happens.

And now a double Boss Coin event and some people cant even watch the ads, but as I already said many times, no one is interested. Paying for boss coins is for sure much better

They are working on it. You still get the Bosscoin added, so for us users it shouldn't be a big issue.

I'm not getting any bosscoins added...... I hope we'll get some compensation if/when it's fixed.

It automaticaly ads the Bosscoins even if the ad gets closed after a few seconds. I checked 9 ads a few days ago and got 9 Bosscoins added, even though only 5 of them loaded properly. This is even confirmed by the admins.

@FC-Eddie_NL I pressed now 10 times in a row "View ad" and nothing happens, just nothing and this is the same in every section where watching ads is possible. Nothing is added nowhere

@FC-Eddie_NL ads are not loading, as I have said before, so you must agree that without them loading, I will not get bosscoins added.
When I try to load an ad, it kicks me out before it loads....... This has been an ongoing problem for a few weeks now.

Dudes, do you even know how hard it could be to fix this problem? Do you work for GameBasics studio?
You can’t just say “well, its been 20 days, it surely isn’t that hard to fix this teeny weeny problem, i can’t watch ads, help it’s impossible to do anything”.
Whilst you can’t get boss coins, play international tournaments or competitions where there are no transfers!

Here are a few screenshots. Ad loaded for a few seconds and then closed. Bosscoins were added. So I don't know what you guys are talking about. Perhaps try to remove cookies and cache of your browser and see if that changes anyting.

@FC-Eddie_NL and this doesnt happen in our game, it seems like it is loading the ad, but it doesn't. And there are no boss coins added. What else can I say? Maybe it is a browser problem. I use firefox and maybe @Adrian-C-Woods is using the same browser. I have no idea what could be the problem. It was working fine until this popped up again, like some months ago.

@FC-Eddie_NL one more thing, what maybe helps to understand. The window, which is to see in your screenshots and where is written "ad in play", we don't have. If I click on watching ad it starts very normal, but then the screen gets clean again and nothing happens. No window opening, no bitcoins added. Thats how it is

I have installed Firefox and watched an ad, but it also adds the Bosscoins even though the ad closed after a few seconds. So I don't know why it doesn't work for you and Adrian. Perhaps removing the cookies and cache helps, otherwise I don't know.
