For account issues you will have to go to our customer support. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide enough details. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.
