Knocked out of cup but unable to leave

Unable to leave. When I select the button to leave, I get a message that I cannot leave st this time - this has been going on for 3 days. Help please.

The same thing happened to me, I was eliminated from a tournament a few days ago, I pressed the button to leave the tournament but it said I don't have permission

When we can expect this issue to be solved? It was reported here on forum 6 days ago, so I would expect quicker troubleshooting.
