Boss Coins Offers Not Being Given

So I downloaded 'Deluxe Block Jewel' - directed there from the offers section on the OSM App - where I then needed to play and ensure I get to level 3, which after an hour, I did so - did my reward coins arrive? no of course they didnt - how many more of these so called 'Offers' will the same thing happen - bottom line is, its disgusting

I know it's frustrating that Bosscoins from offers aren't being added to your account inmediatly, but this is something that OSM has no control over. These offers are being offered and maintained by our external partners. You will have to go to the offerwall where this offer was located and contact our partner (either Fyber, Tapjoy or Revu)

Thats a cheap reply - referring me to someone else, dear oh dear, proves my first thought was spot - they're on cons, especially the offers that are being shown as a big payout, its just to entice you in - if that wasnt the case, you'd be able to sort such a thing, instead, you pass the buck

That's the policy: you first have to contact the respective offer suplier as they are the ones who manage these offers. They can verify if you fullfilled all requirements. OSM has no info about this. They just offer a platform for these external partners.
So you can complain all you want, but that policy is not going to change.
