Enjoy your day!That other issue is about the offers from the offerwall in the OSM app. They are from our external partners and have nothing to do with paying Gamebasics. So, next time try to actually read the other issue and figure out if your issue is related to that or not, before you start acting like you are a wiseact.
If you purchased Bosscoins from the OSM store and you didn't received them yet, then you should be able to claim them through the career page. If that doesn't work then you will have to contact our customer support as they are the ones who can verify if your payment went through and add the Bosscoins to your account. You can find the customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'een aanvraag indienen'' and select 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet in English. Make sure to provide proof of payment.

Quite interesting how you manage to place these items all over (obviously with time limit to maximise profits) but hey: that's the customer's problem, right?
Since you are getting paid to act wisely and even insult customers I will delete my account. Is that really how to treat customers? I don't want to contribute to your payslip. (you realise what they say about vinegar and honey, right?)
