Cant Log in in my iphone! Now i had to create a new account and i cant change it or delete it, you guys have to make it better a lot of people have the same problem and you guys do nothing

Which error do you see? Can you send a screenshot?

If you can't log in and are stuck with a new account, go to Settings > [your name] > Sign Out, then restart your device. Try logging in again with your original account. If the issue persists, contact Apple Support for account recovery.

That's unfortunate, but just creating a new account isn't the solution in the first place. You will have to contact our customer support for this. They can sort this out. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. Make sure to provide as much details as you can and add the managernames of both accounts.
Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.
