    Hello,

    I have an OSM account linked to my Email, but when I try to log in, the game asks me to enter a verification code sent to my email. Unfortunately, I never receive any code in my inbox or spam folder, so I cannot access my account.

    Here are my account details:

    Email:

    Username: THE ONLY ZIZO_24

    Account created: 2025

    Could you please check this issue and help me regain access to my account?

        Hi there,

        As @SirFearless mentioned, you will have to contact our customer support through https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us

        Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet.

        Also, for your own privacy, I have removed your e-mailadress that was in your post. I advice you to not post private information on a forum that is accessible for every OSM user.

          I am trying to log in to my account using my email address: [removed], but I am not receiving the login code. I have also checked my spam/junk folder and the code is not there either.

            For this issue you will have to contact our support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us

            They can check wat is going wrong. Also, for your own privacy I have removed your email adress. We advise to not put private information on this forum as it is accessible by every OSM user.

                Hello and welcome back,

                That account still exists and like all accounts, it will be completely deleted after 3 years of inactivity (you're still on time).

                Account is not linked to FB, but has an e-mai set on it. You can follow the forget password process and regain access to it.

                IMPORTANT NOTE: In case you recover the account, don't forget to delete current one!

                  I have an old OSM account under the name عبد العزيز يعكوبي, which I created in 2018 and linked to my Facebook account.
                  Recently, I’ve been trying to log in through Facebook as usual, but it doesn’t work anymore. I’m unable to access my old account.

                  As soon as I enter my Facebook account in the OSM login section and click “Log in,” the screen shows an error page instead of opening my account.

                  Could you please check the status of my account and help me recover access to it?
                  I can send you a screenshot of the error screen if needed.
