Hi there,
When you purchase a pack from the OSM Store that contains items (Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Packs), they will be added to your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag that is located on the top of the screen. So check if the Club Funds have been added to your inventory.
If not, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can verify if payment went through and give you the items if necessary. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. Add proof of payment to speed up the process.
Depending on how busy it is, it might take a couple of days before you receive a reply.
