Hello,
I would like to report a bug that occurred yesterday at 10:45 PM, when my team was supposed to play a match. As of today, the match is still ongoing — it has already been over 10 hours, and my team still hasn’t played. It seems like something got bugged. I’m attaching a screenshot for reference.

In two of my slots the games of my clubs keep giving the same message since last night.... game is on going. How to fix this? in my other slot the game has been postponed for a day. Will this happen to slot 2 and 3 as well and when will the results be visible in slot 2 and 3?

Dopo ore si collega ma da’ sempre le partite in corso da almeno 13 ore.

Had to matches last night, that are now stuck in a match being played status. No ball jumping up or down either. I cannot watch the match, can't see any results either. It is just stuck in limbo it seems. Do I need to un-install and install again? Or can this be fixed by some other measure?

I still have two leagues where it says 'Match in play' . Among them a very important VIP league. The only Achievement I don't have. When will play resume????

Last night I was waiting for my result from a 'Boss Tournament'. The game was buggy and I couldnt login, which seems to be fixed now. 2 of my 3 slots had their matches finalized, but for 1 of them it kept being 'Match in play'. This is still the case. Are there more users with the same problem and will this be helped?

Hola! Han pasado 15h desde que se tenían que jugar los partidos y sigue apareciendo como "partido en juego". A alguien más le ocurre? O sólo a mí? Estoy en las fases finales de la "Copa de Campeones" con varios equipos y sigo sin saber si he pasado a la siguiente ronda con cada equipo... Es surrealista

As you have noticed, there were some server issues that caused OSM to be down for periods of time. This also affeced yesterdays simulations. The cycle was started, but had to be halted due to the severe issues. The leagues that are at the start of the cycle have been simulated. The matches that didn't simulate have been postponed and will be played today if there are no issues. This means that all other matches in your league will move down a day and your league will end a day later than normal.
The lack of updates about this is due to the issues also affecting other areas of OSM. Apologies for the inconvenience and hopefully the issues are gone now.

Yesterday's games are now being played and the schedule has changed. They will also be played again today, approximately 4 hours from now. -

@FC-Eddie_NL Hello friends. I have a question for you. Due to system instability and the postponement of matches yesterday, September 19th, we ended up losing a day of the 2020/2021 event. Will we have an extra day of the event because of this? I believe everyone would like this to happen. Since there was no simulation, we ended up not being able to take advantage of the event in the friendlies twice or three times. I'm Brazilian, personally, and I have four slots occupied: one is a battle slot, the other is an important championship for my group, and there are important tournaments taking place in our country. Many bought young players through the scout, hoping to play two or three friendlies during the event, but because of the system issue, this won't be possible. I think it's in everyone's interest for this to happen. Could you please give us an answer on this?
