If you are still having issues, try to remove the cookies and cache of the browser.

The only other things I can think about is an adblocker or to try it with a different browser. If you are using an adblocker and have it active for OSM, you will have to deactivate it.
Otherwise I have no idea why they don't load. There are still some issues with the ads on the webversion, but the adplayer should atleast be shown. Then the ad either players or the adplayer gets closed again. On both occasions should the timer be reduced.
