Hi there,
Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about that. With the way the matchmaking system is set up, it could take some time before a new opponent has been found.
The only solution to this is that one crewmember in the battle group leaves the crew and joins it again. That way that user leaves the battle group. Once rejoined to the crew and the battle group, the matchmaking process will start over again. Perhaps then you find an opponent faster. If not, then there currently aren't any crews waiting for a new battle in your matchmaking range.
