Transfer Market Question in Our Custom League

Hello,
My friends and I recently created a league and started playing. Before the matchdays began, we were all able to make transfers normally. However, once the matches started, we noticed that nobody can sell or transfer players anymore.its very rare to do.
Currently, we already have more than 15 matchdays back-to-back, but the transfer market is still locked for us. Could you please clarify:
Why are transfers are to slow and rare after the matches started?
When will we be able to sell/transfer players again?
This is important because I have some very good players that I cannot use properly. If transfers remain locked, I will be forced to sell them cheaply just to replace them. On the other hand, if the transfer market will continue working like it did before (fast transfers, active profit-making), I would prefer to keep them until then.

The reason for that is that you have a lot of higher rated players in your squad. I have checked your team and that of some other managers in your league and you all have a lot of players that are 90+ rated. It won't be easy to sell those players quickly. The more expensive the player get, the more difficult it will be to sell that player.
However, players are getting sold in your league, so there is no issue with the transfer engine. For example: yourself and Real Madrid sold a player today. Liverpool also sold a number of players both today and yesterday.
You could try to lower the price you are selling your players for or you can buy some cheaper players if you have the funds and sell those in the meantime.
