hello, can someone help me? I forgot the password and email from my last profile, I had 407k medals, I played for the national team of Bosnia, I was one of the founders. Is there a possibility to restore my old account even though I forgot my email and password, I created a new account, but it is not the charm, like with the old account, thanks in advance. peace

Hi. Unfortunately they have some kind of thingybob rules, so if you’ve been inactive for 3 years, you’re account will be permanently deleted.
Yeah, its very sad and unfortunate, but apparently its not up to gamebasics about that. -

As @JAY-ZO mentioned, accounts that have been inactive for 3 years will be permanentaly deleted. This is due to the GDPR (privacy law). So if the last time you logged in on your old account is atleast 3 years ago, then that account is gone. If you are unsure how long ago it has been and you still know your old managername or a login name, you can contact our customer support to try to get some more info about your old account. You can find our support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. Make sure to provide the managername/login name.
