Stadium upgrade error

I upgraded my stadium before updating to 4.14.12. I spent 41 Bosscoins on this. The upgrade screens weren't even visible; only the remaining time on the timer was displayed. The upgrade didn't go through when the time expired. I then tried again, spending another 1.1 million Bosscoins, but experienced the same issue. Also, the referee information wasn't visible. This was fixed after updating to 4.14.12. However, the stadium upgrade I spent 41 Bosscoins on wasn't implemented. I request a refund of the Bosscoins or the stadium upgrade. -
