Hi. I'm logging into the game via the website. It's loading, the top status bar is displayed, and that's it. I can't change or configure anything. The app keeps throwing an error and won't even launch. What's the problem? Is it a bug or something planned?

There is no scheduled maintenance planned.
If the webversion doesn't load properly, then that can usually fixed by refreshing the browser. If that doesn't help, then remove cookies and cache of the browser.
As for the app issues: what error message do you get?
