How to start a League

So i want to create a private league for myself and some mates, but I cant see the "Create league" option, is this because I haven't unlocked any slots due to a new account? Or do I need to resign from my first club in order for it to come up? Thanks in advance for any help.

if you want to start your own private league, the first you must have is a free account... http://prntscr.com/eerz19
Then you can press the choose league option and you will have all the available leagues you can choose. On the special options on the league you will choose, you can make your league private.
