What is mor? What does it depend on and how to raise it?

Mor means Morale and if the player don't play the morale will drop down, to raise up the player need to play matches

Just like @Lirind told you " Mor " is short for the Morale of your player. We have Fitness & Morale for each player and they do play their part on a player's effectiveness. Morale drops down for 2 reasons : If a player is on the bench or not used at all for many rounds ...or.... when he is used for the match's first line ups , but sadly the team loses a few matches in a row.
