What happens if you leave your line-up or some spots empty?

If you leave just a few spots empty is not good at all , you risk of losing bad I'm afraid.
If you clean up your line up and forget to set a new one then the OSM engine - the so called Assistant Manager of your team - does the job for you.
But then it all depends on your good luck if you will win or lose that round.
