The manager keeps purchasing players for a good sum and selling them instantly for full price and he is making an insane amount of money. We've 3 different type of punishments on OSM:
- Forum Ban: Users are not able to post on forums
- Account suspended: Users are not able to access game (neither forums) while suspended
- Account locked: Users are permanent locked, unless they can get a different decision upon appeal that they should fill in on the page they get when they try to access OSM

Forum bans are not permanent.
We've a bug where forum bans don't end automatically, but we're correcting them manually until the fix is live. But bans are not permanent!

Forum bans are not permanent mate. The duration of each ban depends on the seriousness of the misconduct made from an OSM manager. A locked account, yes of course it is permanent.
