Game was been done 40 min before the supost hour, lst the game cause waited to the last 5 min to do team and tatic.

The time is approximate/very close to the time the games will be played. But when many league finish the same time or many leagues start on the same time, on the same server and also many managers join these leagues on the same time, then the time is expected to change a little

Today exactly the same happened to me, I had an important match in a battle and I lost because it was played almost 1 hour before the supposed hour... So annoying
