No one is helping me - this is ridiculous

I have emailed the support team 4 times over the course of 4 days no one has even tried to help me , I have put my own money into the game. It is not letting me buy anyone and is making my game experience decline. Can someone escalate this please. All it says is I need to up date my email address and I have already done this. It has also taken boss coins away fro me. Poor.

Mate, don't forget that every staff member in here is a volunteer...this means that all staff members put their own free time in this game, trying to help other managers...please be patient and your case will be reviewed as soon as possible... -
