Bug with scoring after receiving red card (3 yellows)

I encountered this bug where one of my players (Romero M.) managed to score after receiving a red card (3 yellows).

He only received a yellow card during the match, which means he can still score during that match. A player will only have to leave the pitch if he got a direct red card or 2x yellow cards during the match.
That yellow card in the match was his third yellow card, which means he is now suspended for the next match. So, not a bug.
