Players not being sold normally

Hellou...My league counts 20 managers, which it means its full league but since before 4-5 days transfer activity its not normal like it should be. Just today in entire day only two players have been sold from entire league. I know this sytem works every two hours to sell players, from 2 o'clock midnight until 16:00, but just like you see on this screen this is not normal, wtf is going on?

Selling players is just random...no one said that all players will be sold or that some of them will be sold every 2 hours...and on their maximum value...
