You can try to empty your history of your browser. It's also possible that when you try another browser you will be able to see the chat. It happened to me one day.

The crewchat loads very slow. Especially when there are a lot of messages. Gamebasics knows about this and will improve the speed in a later update.
Thanks Eddie. In this case all you can do is wait till the speed has been improved on a update, so for now I will close this topic.
