how to get some moral to your players

my players have all lost their moral and they are so strong i don't wanna sell them i just wanna know how to get moral and fitness so if u can tell me each one how to get it back ?

You get fitness by resting your players - not having them in the starting XI, so put them on the bench or reserves.

I think you get morale by winning games and doing well in the league etc

Players can increase their morale by playing on the team and winning games....they also increase their morale if the their team is winning but they have to win all the time...
