Problem with the new season

I can't continue my league.
I choose option "Next season", then continent, league and club.
I tried private league and league open to everyone.
I want normal settings - with all tools (transfers, preseason, cup, training camps and secret trainings) allowed.

I have the same problem about year ago.
It appear when I manage special league. And then I want to start the new season as normal league...

When you've done a special league and set things for next season you'll have to set things on again via the advanced tools.

It's not working.
There is always the same message:
"Oops.
We couldn't start your league because it can't be private with these tools disabled."

@carlos-wallace Normally it should be able to change but only for next season.
If it's not possible for you to set things up for next season then please provide us full screenshots (manager name/ Date and time stamp must be included in the screens) of every step you take including the error message.
