Problem with the new season

Platform: Website PCI can't continue my league.
I choose option "Next season", then continent, league and club.
I tried private league and league open to everyone.
I want normal settings - with all tools (transfers, preseason, cup, training camps and secret trainings) allowed.I have the same problem about year ago.
It appear when I manage special league. And then I want to start the new season as normal league... -

When you've done a special league and set things for next season you'll have to set things on again via the advanced tools. -

There is always the same message:
"Oops.
We couldn't start your league because it can't be private with these tools disabled." -

If it's not possible for you to set things up for next season then please provide us full screenshots (manager name/ Date and time stamp must be included in the screens) of every step you take including the error message. -
