Why can't I play in Germany?

Is German league deleted? I can't find any open, nor I can open one? And there is no German flag in my trophy cabinet anymore?

The German League is only available for the German managers. Players from other countries are not allowed to play there. An issue with rights.

Well I'll be damned. They need to sort that out asap, ridiculous to play without such league
