Manager points that were obtained less than 180 days ago are 100% of the ranking.
Manager points that have been achieved between 180 days and 700 days will become less and less valuable in steps, until they ultimately only count for 1% for the ranking.
Manager points that have been achieved more than 700 days ago count for 1% in the ranking.
