App can't login

Hi,

I wanted to login in the app on IOS but when I do I recieved the pop-up about "manager name or password incorrect". The strange thing is that in safari I can login with the exact name and password. Is there a fix for this? It is kind of ennoying playing through safari all the time.

Hi,

It could be that you're trying to login on the app through the world version and since your account is a Dutch one it won't be possible.

So you have to uninstall the App then change your phone language to Dutch then reinstall the App again and you'll be able to login on the app through the Dutch version.
