How the amount of boss coins will be given for the manager points is computed?

Recently, I finished the Lithuania's Leage, and I made more manager points than one of my osm friends, but he recieve more boss coins than me, so I wonder, How do you compute the amount of boss coins that will be given for the manager points?

Hello mate, if both managers, you and other manager, played on same league and the manager with less MPs got more Boss coins, then, can you please provide us both manager names to check why and if this happened ???

After some research from our staff members, manager Mr Patas played with Jonava team and HanaBarbera with Kauno Zalgiris team....Mr Patas ended on 4th place and HanaBarbera ended on 3rd place and with more manager points and more boss coins rewarded...

@de-xrist At the end of the Leage I made 474 Manager Points and got 9 boss coins, while Mr Patas made 421 Manager Points and got 10 boss coins, so, I was looking for and explanation and how this works because it looks strange.

Hi! I am the other manager involved, and I can confirm that I earned 421 manager points with Jonava in that Lithuanian league. I remember being rewarded with 10 boss coins.
