@galafc They will my friend. But you are not the only manager that sent a mail . Normally each mail gets a reply within the next 48 to 72 hours, if not sooner. Depends on the amount of total incoming mails at the Support team and trust me they get loads.
So please all we need from you is a little patience. Thank you for your understanding.
