Points error

Hello. I have done 3 seasons, which I made 1010, 3728 and 4975 points. Togheter I would have 9713 points acumulated but I only have 4975 points in my profile. I put much effort in every season and I have only that, where are the other points? My nickname in the game is Zorgas.
