Error on Builder Achievement

I have completed the building of the stadium but I haven't received the archievement. This is the sceen:

Thank you for your lovely screen shot but I'm afraid your Stadium needs some more work before it's fully upgraded and completed.
You are talking about the Builder's Achievement and the boss coins rewarded after its completion:
But you have to reach on Level 3 for all three parametres my friend, for the whole Stadium's upgrade and not just its Capacity. And you need a big league to do that, to have enough rounds for you to build up and expand your Stadium at maximum level.
