I'm sorry to disappoint you but there is no way for you to change your old username. Why? Because each username is being recorded and filed on the Gamebasics database and is directly connected with your personal data like password , email etc.
Thus, in case you dislike your username that much the only thing you are able to do is to : first delete your old account from OSM and then create a new one from scratch with a new username that you will choose once again.

But mind you (!) , this way you will lose all your past history , achievements etc.
