I need a logical clarification to my issue!

Hello everyone.
I've been playing this game since 2010, earned over 100,000 points and i already completed most of the achievements. However, in my profile there is only 12,000 points and a lot of my achievements are gone even though i finished most of it, For example, in order to earn 100 boss coins I have to win the cup three times. In fact, i have won the cup 16 times!.

this is UNFAIR, specially when you see someone new in the game have more points than you, which is incorrect!.
