HI asked for help in the Support Spanish Forum a couple of days ago. it is the first time I do it. However, I feel I am completely transparent for the mods because they have not answered anything yet, whereas they DO have answered other posts which are more recent. The same thing happened to two of my colleagues from my team,and the anser has been the same, NOTHING.
My post was from a very serious matter because someone deleted the points from my last league in my h. I got to be 663 of the world and thefollowing day I found myself in rank 840. Thus, I feelmyself as if my problem did not interest anyone.
Thank you and I expect world mods change the attitude seen in Spanish mods. Thank you very much

@rafael-1974 I have the same problem, where in the night of a day I got the points of a league and I was the 5619 rank of the world. The next day I returned to be the number 9700 of the world, so the points of the league that I ended go out, I dont know why. It is a wrong of the game?

@rafael-1974 Apart from Alvarorr_98 (who posted his error even before I did it), there is also Loom 83 who posted the error yesterday and has not been answered. And there is another one, Salmor, who also lost the ponts won in the last league and is due to post his problem in short. All of us are member from the same pair of crews (The Bulls, and The Bulls: Young Horns), so everything looks even more strange)

I have read your posts and I assume that none of you is aware of the OSM's ranking system that has changed long time ago. If you are not an active forumer it means you do not get informed for any news or changes that occure on this game site. Q: How does Manager Rankings work? My manager points are way more than the ones shown there!
A: Every slot you have has an individual ranking. If you play on all 4 slots, you'll have 4 positions on ranking. The position shown on user profile is the slot with the highest ranking. The points taken into account to determine your position on ranking are calculated this way:Points from last 180 days will count 100%.
Points earned on next 520 (from 180 until 700) days will count less on different levels of percentage until they are ultimately counted at 1%.
All points older than 700 days will count 1% for your total.The Global forum is full of all shorts of informations and are there waiting for you to read them.
As for your protest against our Spanish Mods:
We also get loads of new posts and questions every day and yes sometimes we miss posts that were made couple days or more before the recent ones. I am sorry but I will accept no second word about this matter.
You must all understand that all Mods & Staff are simply volunteers that try their best to help out their communities in their own free time.
Nobody is ignoring a topic /post /manager for no reason whatsoever!You are always free and able to make a new post/topic or create a bump on your old one to bring it up again on our screens.
