My old points

Hi everyone
I have been playing this great game since 2010. I won 16 leagues, 9 cups and achieved 16 leagues objectives. I stopped playing for couple of years. Now I start playing again.But I wonder why my points are only 8459 ? What happened to my old points that I Worked so hard to get?!
I hope you can help me to get my points back to my account
