Regarding nationality bonus

I do remember reading in this forum tht the nationality bonus is based on the real problems faced by players in communicating when they move to a new country where they dont speak the language. I also remember reading tht nationality bonus is basically like choosing ur specialists and tht it gives a 6% chance of winning a match on average. So this hit me, countries like Scotland and Ireland and Northern Ireland all speak english like England. So can i have a few Scottish or Irish players in my English squad so tht the nationality bonus remains active. (Also bout the above extra points bout the 6% and the specialists; are these points true?)
So will having Scottish or Irish players affect my English squad (reason is simple i am not able to get all English players for my squad as sterling and kane etc are hard to obtain from managers

....players with the same nationality, are players under the same flag...so i don't think that players from Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland, will give an advantage to your team...

But again, as he says @DE-XRIST I don't think I can influence the Scots or the Irish to influence the bonus as if they were English.
This would then mean that the type of Montenegrins, Serbs and Croats can be under the same national bonus, we all have the same language, and yet different countries. That is why it was specifically done to be only players under the same flags.
