    Is it okay for two brothers exchanging players here and there making themselves rich?
    Doesnt it goes against osm rules?

    They are my friends but I'm getting irritated by this behaviour.
    As a moderator what should I need to do as they wont listen?

    Hello mate...if you think they are cheating, buying and selling players on ridiculous amounts, then you can go to their profiles and report them....
