Report a Cheater but nothing happened

I always report cheater but nothing happened yet.

Lazio and Wolverhampton manager always did illegal transfer like capture than Lazio won the cup. it's obvious that he is cheating but nothing happened.

Cheatings will never be discussed or reported/handled through forums. When it takes longer that means that there's a delay and they will do their best to handle it as soon as possible.

Please mate...report any manager you think that is cheating...this can not be discussed in an open forum....
