Trade, Sell and Loan players between game friends of different championships!!!

Would be great to be able to not only sell players to our game friends, only if they are on the same championship. And also not only sell but also trade or even loan some players and get them back when we want again!
We should be able to do all this not only between friends playing in the same championship but with any Game Friend.
Like this, weak and small teams could play great against great teams on their own championship, with the help of their Game Friends, by... getting a loan, trading or buying players from their Game Friends!!!That would give BIG BURST TO THE GAME!!! PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS!!!
