Joining crew battle problem (slot availability)

Dear Support,

could you please help me to join my crew battle as unfortunately the system says "You can't join the recruitment because your manager slot is taken." Though I have a free slot (third one). I tried it on PC, iPad and mobile OSM client (Android platform) with the same result. Relogged as well.
