Please i need to recover my account and i paid on 08/04/2020 for 525 coins

Note : Attached a Picture of the league that i'm playing in and also playing in 3 leagues

1- Real Madrid
2- Al- Nasser
3- Al- Fateh

.and when i use option i forget the password and put my email i didn't receive any email for recover my password

so please anyone can help me with this issue

NOTE: please read OSM terms where its clearly written (point number 3) that having more account is against OSM rules and it may results serious consequences.

First thank you for your replay , Second i already did contact with them but until now they didn't replay to me and about the
point number 3 of OSM terms yeah i understand it but this account is not mine actually it's for my little brother and i use it so i can contact with you guys
