@The-eternal-hunter Any intervention to the cheat notification on the forum can not be done. Please enter the profile of the manager you think you are cheating by clicking on the 'Report Cheat' section and send the report. Osm Personnel will review them.
Then, please confirm your email address! 
- You can report a situation such as improper transfer, deliberate match release etc. that you think is cheating in the report by taking a screenshot.

As our mate Oguz ( @Sosyokrat ) has informed you earlier , cheating is not allowed to be discussed on the public forums for NO reason whatsoever ! I can understand your being upset about this situation but...
You have been informed and warned more than once ! You must follow the standard procedure by clicking and activating a cheat report for any manager that you think / believe is cheating and the OSM Staff will take care of your report and ban the manager , if he/she is found guilty as charged.But if you choose to ignore our advices and rules of the forums you are in danger of getting yourself banned as well. Thus, I hope the above were clear enough to you.

P.S. The earliest takes usually around 3 days mate. Why 3 days ? Well because, unfortunately, you are not the only manager that has to face a possible cheater and Staff have a lot of reports to investigate.

Any manager that decides to visit the World forum must always: 1. Use the English language and read / learn about the forum rules.
2. Spamming is not allowed in here ! Posting a laughing text on another manager's topic who is upset and frustrated with his own problem is definitely NO sign of politeness and respect. Please be careful my friends in order to avoid unpleasant penalties for yourselves too.
