Club Slot 1 : http://prntscr.com/f12ov2 - OSM is the Mod.
Club Slot 2 : http://prntscr.com/f12pnz - OSM is again the Mod.
Conclusion : For both your leagues the OSM engine has the Moderatorship. That means that no human manager can kick out any other manager , no matter how inactive they might be.
Note : The only way for a manager to become a league's Mod is by choosing to invest an amount of Boss coins to create a brand new league from scratch. And of course this way it can become a private league or a one open to public. The Moderator decides the settings of his new league. :thumbsup_tone2:
