Players not sold for 2 days after buy a player by coin

I sell My player for 2 days now, but they are not sold after I buy a player by coin 2 days ago, but before that My players always sold 2 or 3 players a day. Is that normal? Or the coin effect? Thankyou

selling players is just random...and has to do with many factors, as valued of players, players already on transfer list, age of player...etc...
